Summary:
Large family sunny home with 3 Queen bedrooms/ 2 Bathrooms/ master chef Kitchen / large open lounge and dining room, courtyard and balcony. This quiet and convenient location is in short walking distance to everything we love about Newtown including the cafes, restaurants, shops and parklands. Also close to Macdonaldtown and Erskineville train stations and a great weekend farmers market directly across the rd :)
The Space:
3 Queen bedrooms/ 2 Bathrooms/ Kitchen / large open lounge and dining room, courtyard and balcony. Laundry / Fully equipped kitchen / BBQ / Air conditioner. Small car port for a small car at rear of property.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Lock up study / walk in wardrobe / downstairs cupboard / under stair cupboard.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Close to all the restaurants, bars, pubs and live music. Organic food market each Saturday at Carriage works. Close to theatres and movies. Lovely park at the back of the house with huge playground.
Getting Around:
3 minute walk to MacDonald town Station and 10 minute ride to centre Sydney. Lots of Buses at King Street.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that a copy of valid photo ID of all adult guests staying is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)
