Convenient first-floor, compact one-bedroom unit features modern, fresh finishes that create a welcoming atmosphere.
The Space:
This efficiently designed space features a modern bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette seamlessly integrated into the open-plan living and dining area. The comfortable queen-sized bedroom ensures a restful retreat. Enjoy smart TVs and high-speed WiFi in both the kitchen and bedroom, along with ample wardrobe storage and a convenient workspace. Timber shutters provide added privacy.
Washer and dryer is in the common area. Uses 2 x 1 AUD coin
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Ground Floor Shared coin laundry / dryer.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience.
The Neighborhood:
Leafy inner city community, a short stroll to the Harbourside Rushcutters Bay Park, Reg Bartley Oval Plenty of cafes, diverse range of food options in Bayswater Road and nearby Potts Point and park side brunch. Iconic Victoria Street cafe scene. Within a short drive to pubs, clubs and restaurants at Double Bay, Paddington and Oxford Street.
Getting Around:
Shared parking available, with easy access to the 324/5 Bus route and Kings Cross / Edgecliff stations.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The apartment & complex are strictly no smoking, use of the apartment & complex is on the basis of that there will be no parties or events and pets are not allowed. Guests should note NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
