I booked the property online for my 85 yr old ex mother inlaw due to a family crisis as i am too far away to assist ..i called and cinfirmed my booking and explained the situation and ..the staff assured me they would look after my mither inlaw .my mother inlaw called me later and said the staff had taken very good care of her and she felt very special and taken care of ..i called the motel back after and thanked them ..they had put her in their best room ,bought her cold watter bottle , tea, coffe and jug of milk and carried yer bags in ,set up tv etc for her ..i am very grateful for the kindness in a difficult time and for the humanity ..thank you so much ..your kindness wont be forgotten
Reasonable price for a long weekemd where everywhere was either fully booked or way too expensive. Heater too loud and wasnt heating the room. Switched off by itself and there were no blankets. So it was freezing cold

It’s a budget motel but the management make it feel so much more.
It is an older style motel so there are some superficial structural issues. Motel was very clean and awseome for what you want if you just want a place to lay your head. Jo and Micheal were very very friendly and professional.

You get what you pay for I suppose, rooms were ok but there was at least 6 different types of hair all over the bathroom - blonde and dark pubes, long red, blonde and dark hair. There was deadset clumps of hair on the walls and floor of the shower!
The mamager Jo was nice and plesant and could not do enough for you the family room has recently bern renovated and was nice and toomy for a family of up to 4 kids we has 2 children and was grear
We had picked this hotel as it was close to our nephew's house who was hosting a special celebration. After reading some of the reviews before we left I was worried, and probably good reason. Check in happened behind a glass divider, the gentlemen was very friendly. We arrived in our room which had a funky smell and vey cold. We come from a cold climate, but this was colder than usual. We tried to turn on the heater, but wouldn't turn on. Only cause my husband is 6' 6" that he could see above the cuboard and noticed it wasn't even plugged in. We had one blanket for 3 people, even with the heater set on 30°C it was very cold. Then the surprise we found in the blanket the next morning was a condom wrapper. We packed up and left as soon as we could....agreeing not to talk about it again.

Noisy neighbours and no hot water
Really poor experience. Noisy neighbours partying at 1am, leaving rubbish strewn outside all the rooms. No hot water and very questionable characters lurking around the rooms. Felt very unsafe as a female traveller.
On the plus side, the owner/reception staff was absolutely lovely (not his fault) but I would never stay again
Health department should knock that place down gross gross showered with thongs on and used my clothes to dry myself instead of the disease looking towels
