Welcome to Leafy Tree-Lined Street Terrace, a tranquil retreat in the heart of Alexandria. Step into a modern oasis where comfort meets style. The ground floor boasts a private courtyard, perfect for alfresco dining or relaxing in the fresh air. Inside, the open-plan dining and living area provide a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms await, each adorned with a luxurious Queen bed. The master bedroom features a balcony overlooking the leafy back courtyard, offering a peaceful retreat and an added bonus: your furry friend is welcome!

Please note that this home may not be suitable for young children due to the open staircase design. For adults or older guests, it provides a serene escape with modern comforts. With a convenient study area and separate laundry cupboard equipped with washer and dryer, Leafy Street Townhouse ensures a hassle-free stay.

While this property is listed as 'pet friendly' we do still require you to notify us if you would like to bring your pet and let us know what type of pet/breed it is. We will then advise if your pet is approved. If approved you will still be required to pay a $130 pet fee via our guest portal during the on-line check in process.

Please note: For stays of 21+ nights, a quick bi-weekly inspection (10-15 mins) is required to maintain the home. We’ll arrange this at a convenient time after check-in.

The house is well located and we got lucky with parking.However we were overall very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place and amenities available. For example the bbq was so rusty we couldn’t use it.The agency was quick to answer which was very helpful so I’m sure everything would have been updated after our stay.
