The Pool House: 30+ Day Stays & 15 mins downtown

The Pool House is an open-concept space with a lofted bedroom. Below you will find a detailed layout of each space and its amenities:

LIVING ROOM: 2 queen sleeper sofas (linen provided), smart TV, coffee table, and washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the living room

EAT-IN KITCHEN: stove, fridge, sink, microwave, portable ice maker (NOTE: there is NO freezer or dishwasher), dining space for 4 guests

BATHROOM: single vanity, toilet, shower, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion)

LOFT BEDROOM: queen bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, smart TV (NOTE: This is a lofted bedroom with ladder access)

OUTSIDE: pool (2 pool towels provided), hot tub, sauna, Traeger smoker, gas grill, ping pong, badminton, EV charger, amble outdoor lounge and dining seating

Other things to note:
- The Pool House is a guest house on a residential property. The yard and pool are shared spaces and not private only to the Pool House while the homeowners are in town.
- Due to the rural setting, insects and pests are to be expected from time to time. Please note that the house is on a routine pest control plan but it is not possible to avoid them entirely.
- NO pets, violations subject to fines.
