The history and charm of the Chateau could quickly be felt upon arrival and did not disappoint for the rest of our stay! "It was a great stay! I loved the laundry on site and kitchen access. I didn’t realize right away that the check in for parking was separate from checking in for the hotel. So we arrived and weren’t able to park right away. But we called the host, and he was able to help us get a parking space."

"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. We messaged the property well before we arrived that we still needed our access code. No response. We messaged them while we were waiting outside. No response. While my pregnant wife was...
