This listing does not state that this hotel is situated in someone’s house and that you have to walk through the owner’s personal living space and belongings to access the room. Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "
