Easy access to the retail and service infrastructure is undoubtedly one of the advantages of the location. Just 500 m from the studio is the Costa shopping mall. The area has many local cafes and pubs where you can enjoy the seaside atmosphere. Nearby restaurants offer gourmet traditional and seafood cuisine, one of which is the Old Harbour 160 m away. About 25 minutes' walk separates the property from the beautiful sandy beach, which overlooks the Baltic Sea. The Promenade - one of Swinoujscie's main attractions - is 1.5 km away. The seaside scenery and the beautiful and rich natural-park surroundings, as well as the proximity of cycle paths, are the main attractions of the area. In close proximity there is the Malkowski square and a little further (600 m) the Zdrojowa Park. Spa enthusiasts can take advantage of the Baltic Park Molo Aquapark by Zdrojowa, 1.7 km away. Just 180 m away is the Passenger Wharf, from where you can cross to the other part of Świnoujście by ferry. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity and the railway station is 1.3 km away.

The dining table with round top is a cohesive connection between the kitchenette and living room, creating a space designed for dining and spending time with loved ones. The functionally furnished kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, is the ideal place to prepare home-cooked meals.
