"Walking into our room at the Nootka Lodge, it felt like coming home. The room was pristinely clean, with every comfort provided… fully equipped kitchen, table & chairs, plus two additional chairs, nice safe shower, plenty of electrical outlets, parking right outside our door. Never heard another guest through the walls, even though we were next to the office. Honestly, I wish we could have stayed longer than our one night."

"Pretty good place to enjoy the mountains which are my favorite place to be!! We had awesome weather!! The only thing I was annoyed with is the people in the next room were smoking although it was outside smoking is one of my pet peeves!! The thought of it literally turns my stomach! I thought Woodwards was a smoke free facility, but it was my bad because I should have requested a no smoking area option! My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay and it was so nice to see so many people from different backgrounds enjoying themselves also!! The breakfast was a big plus. Thanks Woodwards!!"

"We had a nice two day stay at the Inn. We had a beautiful king room on the second floor. The bathroom was small but clean and functional . We had dinner both nights at the restaurant/bar. The food and drinks were delicious. The first night we had live entertainment with the open mic night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The weekday breakfast was a little sparse, but did the trick. The weekend breakfast menu offered a few more hot options. We have stayed at The Franconia Inn many times, and we will be back again!"
