The customer service is always awesome. I've stayed here many times. Almost every single time without fail though, their cheaply put on headboards have fallen off onto me. 3 times this has happened in 3 different rooms. They're only held together by nails and velcro... One of the previous times my boyfriend had forgotten his apple watch charger and his Lululemon pants and they were taken from the room within a few hours. We called back the same day asking for them in the lost and found and they were mysteriously not there.

Excellent location to be a base of activity in Whitehorse. Excellent restaurant

Walking downtown take minutes and there are tons of dinning options.

Perfect location, well kept and well stocked apartment. Would book again!
