1. There is a government Ecotax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.
2. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.

(e) After check out cleaning fees for a 28 nights ab or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
