Also included are 4 large comfortable BR and 2 bathrooms ! With this location, amenities & size you will find nothing better in the market, perfect for any type of group.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| Apart from the large living area, our guests has also access to a super large living area and an outdoor area with pool and off course ... BBQ :))

Also included with this apartment is a large private pool for the sole use of our bests and access to a BBQ. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Also included is a dining table and a large TV ! Bedrooms| 4 Bedrooms, 2 double beds, and the other two which include 2 single beds. Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. Laundry| Apartments have access to the washing machine, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
8. NO PETS ALLOWED.
9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
