Check in was easy, and the room was clean and spacious, but the king bed in the standard room was not comfortable at all. Very thin and old dated 2009 mattress was less to be desired.

This hotel was simply easy to access on our roadtrip home. It was very popular with lots of other families as well because it was fairly loud until late. It finally calmed down after midnight. Our bathroom door kept hitting the wall because the building was not level, or the door was not level. It definitely needed a doorstop.

This was a good location for us but the rooms stink (we had a total of 4 rooms). In our own room there was beatd hair in the sink, and on one hand towel, the toilet was unwashed with the lid and seat up, the toilet paper wasn't lined up and one was hanging down. It was like someone had already used the bathroom. The actual pillow to sleep on had blood on the pillow

Nice stop

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. It was a nice stop over. We checked in late and was on the road again early but it was a good night rest with a good shower and the was was excellent.

The room and bathroom was clean but obviously worn. Carpeting in hallways was stained and appeared dirty. Amenities were not available in machines and very limited and over-priced. Breakfast was as expected. The staff was very helpful, cheerful and pleasant with one exception whose name I did not get but she was the breakfast person on the 29th

Hampton Inn Sweetwater, Texas

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Summer. Check-in was quick painless. Once I arrived in my room, a text message was sent to me by Summer on behalf of Hampton Inn asking me if I need anything, and if I have any questions or concerns to please let her know and it would be taken care of. The hotel lobby and room was nice and clean and I had no questionsor concerns. The next morning I was greeted by several staff members. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good. Overall my stay was was excellent. Thank you Hampton Inn Sweetwater, Texas!

The shower curtain was absolutely dirty. The shower in general needed a really good cleaning. Thd window curtains need to be cleaned or replaced. Bed was comfy. Was sheets and bedding were clean. Checked really good after seeing how the bathroom was. Its an older building but it doesnt meantl that it has to be dirty!

I always stay at this hotel when we go visit my momma my only real complaint is i have severe asthma and the ac filters were so old and filled with dust. I did take care of that myself and i know they would have if i called the front desk there staff is by far some of the friendliest staff i have met in a hotel.

Needs work

they moved us three times before we found a room that the A/C and refrigerator both worked. This hotel needs to be updated wall paper was spliced and coming off the wall. The staff was excellent but the hotel needs work we won't stay here again.

Every time the fan kicked on which was every 30 minutes all night it was really loud! Woke us up all night long!

Good location, easy check in. Our room needed some updates. Paint in bathroom was peeling bad. Toilet was stained and wouldnt shut off. Door to bathroom had a large crack when you shut the door it did not fit into the door jam so you couldnt lock the bathroom.
