気になった点 : 清潔度
When we arrived the home had not been properly cleaned, trash was not emptied, bedding was dirty and towels did not appear clean. We immediately called housekeeping and they sent someone to clean which took 2 hours. They only had bedding sheets to replace, but no towels or bedspreads, so we spend the entire night until 2am washing all towels and bedspreads. The pool table was broken and the sofa in the basement was ripped. I am expecting compensation for our lost first night.
