Perfect for those looking to relax in a modern city centre apartment just a two minutes walk to Swansea Central Train Station and local shopping complex (Parc Tawe).

Ideally suited to corporate stays or for staycation breaks in the City as you have central access to the City while also being perfectly situated near the banks of the River Tawe, offering bike route links and a short walk to Swansea Bay down the river.

Close proximity to the M4 and also Swansea University and Gower

The apartment is on the 4th Floor and no lift the place was excellent but it lack bath towels and was promise it would be drop off trying to get hold of anyone was near impossible with message left and no response also the stay was from 16:00hrs and had a text the following day that we had to leave by 10:00hrs when on the original booking was for 11:hrs.
