  • 'The Gite' is a spacious, stylish studio apartment positioned conveniently on the outskirts of Mumbles. This quality accommodation caters perfectly for 2 people and provides the ideal base to explore the bustling streets of Mumbles, just a 15 minute walk away or the peaceful surroundings of the Gower Peninsula is only a short drive from 'The Gite'.

    Kitchen/Diner: Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, ceramic hob, fan oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining table and chairs for 2.


    Lounge/Bedroom: King zip and link bed, 2-seat sofa, armchair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Flatscreen TV. French doors lead onto patio and garden.


    Shower Room: Large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.


    External: The level paved area in front of 'The Gite' is a perfect space to enjoy the summer sun with use of a table and chairs.

Ellie’s Trip

A lovely property and just as pictured. Immaculate inside and very comfortable for a weeks stay. Very convenient for walking to The Mumbles and centrally based for travelling around the area. Lots of places to eat on the doorstep and within walking distance.

Fantastic break

We spent a wonderful week in Mumbles. We lacked nothing. The holiday apartment is unique, including the extremely warm hospitality. We can highly recommend this place. Thank you again for everything.

Very comfortable accommodation

Wonderfully positioned accommodation very well equipped quiet and comfortable, centrally heated. Everything you need to hand. Lovely outside area. The owners were on hand and were excellent hosts offering local knowledge and suggestions for walks and eateries, The property was just a short walk from the beach and the mumbles lovely local independent shops. We will definitely visit again

Amazing Visit

We arrived in Wales to visit our son who is playing rugby here. We were advised to stay in the mumbles area and how nice it was! We are beyond happy with our accommodations they were so nice and clean. This property is a little cottage behind the main house and in walking distance of ( beach, coffee, restaurants) everything. The owners were so friendly and helpful with anything we may have needed, I highly recommend this property !!
