"Our room and ensuite bath were clean, as was the lobby. However, our check-in was less than welcoming, but other staff seemed friendly. "No bath mat, slick floor, no place to place cosmetics in the bathroom, should at least have a small table for that purpose."

"The cleaners are great. Breakfast--good variety but so much waste! Does every cup have to be wrapped in plastic? Do the utensils have to be flimsy plastic? They won't even spread butter.
