"This was the worst hotel stay in my life. I had a non refundable reservation. The communication at check-in was disfunctional, there wa chemical smell in the room and the lack of ventilation in my room, the unchanged bed sheets, or the shocking impolite hotel manager. First, there were always multiple people sitting around and lingering outside the building near the parking areas. I felt like they were waiting for visitors. At check in, I had to demand a printed receipt for my room and deposit, and they only gave me a faint unreadable printout of a computer statement. My room smelled heavily of dirty carpet, disinfectant and chemical perfume. The room was humid and unvented. I could not tell whether the chemical perfume was used to hide disinfectant, mould or smoke odors. The air conditioning was welcome, but it recirculated the same damp, odorous air hundreds of times in the room. I was able to open the window about an inch, but I had to breath the stale smelly air all night. I do not think the bed sheets had been changed since the previous visitor. the mattress was encased in a airtight cover. I could not close the curtains to prevent the light from the fast food restaurant facing my window, because the window drapery covered the air conditioner. A huge pile of trash bags in the parking lot, like to trash pickup for weeks. The bathroom sink was plugged, and I could hear the faucet dripping most of the night. Overall, it would have been better to sleep in my car."

"The mattress were 25 yr old saggy steel spring uncomfortable mattress hvac was 25 years old. Good thing it’s not hot weather in Boise. For that hotel condition is way overpriced, $50 at most. I thought it would be convenient but there are better choices a few minutes away."

"Staff was extremely rude. As we were dishing up breakfast the staff literally took the food out of our hands. Breakfast was 6-9. We started getting our food at 8:55 along with done other guests and as soon as it hit 9:00 the staff immediately removed all of the food while we were all still attempting to dish up. I e never seen anything like that anywhere. I asked to speak with the manager but the manager was to busy to speak with me,"
