Everything worked and was clean. The bed was comfortable and car parking was easy and free. Thank you for that! Wasn’t clear that there would be three rooms sharing the one bathroom. Unfortunately there was a smell of drains in the bathroom, the filter on the sink tap was missing (water going everywhere and had impurities). The chairs in the room and on landing had seen better days 😀 but the bed was comfy 😊

Cheap, clean and cold

The room was very cold upon arrival. It took more than 1 hour to heat up with a very slow radiator. The bathroom (shared with others) was smelly from the bathroom drain. However - this was cheap accomodation - and you get what you pay for.

J’ai adorĂ© mon sĂ©jour ! Le logement Ă©tait trĂšs propre, la dĂ©coration rend le lieu chaleureux. La chambre Ă©tait spacieuse et agrĂ©able. L’extĂ©rieur Ă©tait trĂšs grand. Avec le froid, cela ne donnait pas envie d’y aller mais cela doit ĂȘtre super pour la pĂ©riode estivale. Il y avait tout le nĂ©cessaire pour passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. Cependant, ne comptez pas sur le propriĂ©taire des lieux pour quoi que ce soit. J’avais demandĂ© s’il Ă©tait possible de laver mes vĂȘtements, ce qu’il a acceptĂ©. Le jour de mon arrivĂ©e, il m’a dit qu’il viendrait les rĂ©cupĂ©rer. J’ai attendu mais il n’est pas venu, je lui ai donc envoyĂ© un message et il ne m’a jamais rĂ©pondu, ce que je trouve trĂšs irrespectueux
 Un autre petit souci, je trouve qu’il y avait une odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able dans la salle de bain, je pense que cela vient des canalisations, mais ce n’est pas non plus dĂ©rangeant. Aussi, il est absolument nĂ©cessaire de rĂ©parer le verrou de la porte d’entrĂ©e. N’importe qui peut rentrer sans problĂšme, ce qui est problĂ©matique quant Ă  la sĂ©curitĂ©. Et enfin, je ne comprends pas pourquoi il n’est pas possible d’éteindre les lumiĂšres dans les espaces communs, cela doit consommer beaucoup d’électricitĂ©. Mais dans l’ensemble, je ne peux que vous conseiller d’y sĂ©journer !

Tommel op til Svendborg Rooms

Indgangen (som er fra gadesiden) var svĂŠr at spotte, men det er da ogsĂ„ det eneste der kan sĂŠttes en finger pĂ„. RengĂžringen helt i top, ikke en krumme, et hĂ„r eller et stĂžvfnug at finde. LĂŠkkert nyrenoveret og som de siger, et meget hyggeligere alternativ til hotel. Vi grillede i gĂ„rden i stedet for at spilde pengene pĂ„ restaurant đŸ‘ŒđŸ· Lad jer ikke skrĂŠmme af jernbanen som ligger ganske tĂŠt pĂ„, man hĂžrer den ikke, slet ikke om natten Vi var sĂ„ heldige at blive opgraderet til lejligheden uden ekstra betaling, og det var jo fedt!! Men under alle omstĂŠndigheder en billig nat midt i byen, stor ros fra Midtjylland

PÄ den etage vi boede, var der 2 andre dobbelt vÊrelser foruden vores og vi skulle deles om bad & toilet. Godt nok, MEN hvorfor kan folk ikke aflevere rummet uden sjask vÄdt gulv og hÄr i risten?? Man kunne godt vise mere hensyn og med sans for hygiejne
