This spacious 130 m² holiday home accommodates the whole family with three bedrooms and six beds. It offers ample opportunities for togetherness and relaxation—both indoors and outdoors. The house is designed to make you feel at home and want to stay.



Easily accessible by car, the property provides ample parking for multiple vehicles. Situated in a peaceful yet central location, the nearest public transport is 3 km away. With a car, you're never more than 30 km from any corner of the island.



Within a short distance lies the charming town of Svaneke, offering dining options, a smokehouse, and the family-friendly Hullehavn beach. Nearby, the Paradisbakkerne hills begin, featuring stunning views and excellent hiking trails, which can be enjoyed right from the house.



Bornholm boasts a rare variety of landscapes. Experience the dramatic rocky coast to the east, wide sandy beaches to the south, central forests, and majestic cliffs with the Hammershus castle ruins to the north. All attractions are within an hour's drive from the house.



If the weather turns, there's an indoor playland and mini-golf in Nexø—just 6 km away. Here, you'll also find four supermarkets and excellent shopping opportunities. You're close to everything that makes a holiday easy and pleasant—without compromising on peace and nature.
