Villa Syrah - New villa, single-storey with swimming pool, at the foot of Château de Suze-la-Rousse in the heart of Drôme Provençale, comfortable and ideal for a family stay.



Located in the immediate vicinity of the village, with food shops and amenities accessible on foot, the villa is entirely on one level and adapted for people with reduced mobility. The enclosed garden ensures safety and tranquillity for families with children.



An outdoor area conducive to relaxation with a private swimming pool (3.5 x 5 m) to cool off during hot summer days, a shaded terrace for outdoor meals and a pétanque court for convivial moments.



The car can be parked under cover in a private car park, shared with its twin house.



The interior is functional and pleasant: a bright living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge opening onto the terrace and swimming pool, an independent toilet with a laundry area with a washing machine. On the bedroom side: a double bedroom and a room with two single beds, each with its own bathroom.



The location is ideal: access to the village centre and local shops can be done on foot; by car, you can easily explore the vineyards of the Rhône Valley, Grignan, Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine, the perched villages and Provençal markets...
