The hotel is located at near by metro, shopping centres. restaurants and cafes even until very lately so it is extremely convenient for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended to all and we will choose this hotel again:)

I recently stayed at a hotel and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I did encounter a minor issue that was not promptly addressed. The hotel had comfortable rooms and a pleasant ambiance. The staff members were polite and helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. However, there was a problem with the toilet in my room. Unfortunately, despite notifying the front desk about the issue, nobody was sent to fix it. This lack of response was disappointing, as it affected the convenience and comfort of my stay. It would have been better if the hotel had taken prompt action to resolve the problem. Despite this setback, I appreciated the other aspects of the hotel, such as its convenient location and the overall cleanliness of the property. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. In conclusion, my stay at the hotel was generally positive, but the unresolved toilet issue left a slight stain on my experience. I hope the management takes note of this and improves their responsiveness to guest concerns in the future.

他が良かっただけに残念

フロントに５つ星ホテル会員客並みの対応をして下さる若い男性スタッフがいた。初めての宿泊なのにパスポートを提示しただけで、国籍と人数と年齢から判断したのか、パスポートを開くこともなくこちらの名前を呼ばれたので驚いた。男性スタッフの方は、その後の対応も素晴らしかった。部屋は髪の毛一本見つけることがない程きれいだったが、人目に付かない場所に驚くことに前泊者の下着が忘れられており、チェックアウト時に女性スタッフにそのことを確認しておいてほしいと翻訳機を使い告げた所、軽く笑ってノーコメントだった。駅から近く、周辺には飲食店も多く、コンビニもある。建物が古かったり忘れ物の事もあったが室内はキレイ。水圧も良かったし、モーテルと大差ないほど宿泊費も安かった。なにより男性スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。忘れ物以外の対応の件も含めて女性スタッフの対応も良ければ100点のホテルだったのに残念。

직원분은 친절하였고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 나혜석거리(식당가)와도 가까운 편이었습니다. 다만, 외벽에 붙어 있는 에어콘 실외기인지 공조기인지 몰라도 소음이 있었고, 배정받은 방은 햇빛이 들어오지 않아 어두운 편이었습니다.

A nice place to rest your head for a few days...

I think the bathrooms could use some remodeling, but overall I appreciate the spaciousness of the room and the fact that I could get an interrupted night's rest there due to the silence. It was so comfortable and so great. Much quieter than my own apartment building. The front desk staff couldn't be around as often as normal due to COVID measures they are taking but when they were there, they were polite and helpful and so were the cleaning staff. I enjoyed my time there and even stayed an extra night because of the comfort.

비교적 조용한호텔

조용해서 좋았어요. 침대는 오래된듯 허리가 불편했는데, 교체할 때가 된것 같구요. 샤워기 거는것이 고정되지 않아서 샤워기 한손에 들고 했어요. 전반적으로 편하게 쉬었어요.

근처에 갈일이 있다면 꼭 다시 이용하겠습니다. 지하에 유흥업소가있어서 걱정했지만, 정말 조용하고 따뜻하게 잘잤습니다. 관광객들이 많아지면 다시 가격이 오르겠지만.....모텔가격으로 호텔다운곳에서 숙박할수 있어서 좋았습니다..
