"The resort is surrounded by nature, very quiet and peaceful - perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It can be a bit inconvenient without a car, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that runs at specific times and goes to the nearest train station, Shiojiri. The owner was very kind and even offered to pick me up and drop me off at the station, and he also took me to visit the old town, Narai-juku. "音楽堂や、八ヶ岳高原ヒュッテなど由緒ある美しい建築物を丁寧に維持管理していて素晴らしいです。サービスも行き届き皆温かい笑顔で対応していただき、良い新年を迎えることが出来ました。6歳と4歳の孫も普通のディナーでしたがほぼ完食でした。40年前にヒュッテに立ち寄り2度目でしたが変わっておらず感激でした。次回はコンサートに合わせて宿泊したいです。"

"Very friendly and accommodating hosts. They prepared us an amazing 4 course meal for dinner and a beautiful breakfast. We played games after dinner and they helped with suggestions about what to do in the area. "

"Easy to park. Wife would give it 4 stars. 6 yr old would give 5 stars for the rock climbing wall. No lift for 2nd floor rooms and would have life more space to open suitcases but overall nice place to stay."
