The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. It will be the most memorable stay for us and the view of Mount Yotei and in room onsen, was the icing on the cake. Even our room service meal was out of this world. A must visit for all."

"I came here with my wife at the end of August, and I had an amazing time. I wish I booked for longer as the nature, Onsen, food, and service were beyond imagination. Even though Niseko is known for skiing, I think it's worth coming here in the summer or off season. I arrived to Kutchan Station where a driver picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. Immediately, I noticed the excellent service and attention to detail that was above my experience compared to other hotels in Hokkaido. Due to it being an off season, I had the whole Onsen to myself! The room is very spacious and has everything including a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and a walk out balcony. Even the slippers were so nice so I ended up buying the same brand later on my trip! For breakfast there are fruits, juices, and breads that you can grab. I was surprised that you choose a menu for breakfast and they had a Japanese and Italian option. We both went with Japanese and the fish was delicious! It comes many side dishes too! "
