「Property has no elevator. Given an upstairs room at first, had to ask for another room immediately, it stank of cigarettes. The hallways smelled really bad and rancid, there were people lighting up cigarettes in the hallway. They had air deodorizers plugged into every outlet in the hallway, guessing for the same reason.
