  • Welcome to "Bright and Breezy," a charming holiday house nestled in the beautiful town of Sussex Inlet. This spacious and well-appointed accommodation offers a perfect retreat for your holiday, with its four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to nine guests.

    Things to note about the property:
    - Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
    - Aircon is available.
    - Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
    - No smoking inside the house
    - Pets ARE allowed (Outside only)
    - No Wifi

    As you go upstairs into the property, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-plan design that seamlessly combines the lounge room, dining area, and kitchen. This layout creates a warm and communal atmosphere, allowing everyone to socialise and enjoy each other's company. The lounge room features a large-sized TV positioned above the stairs, providing ample entertainment options for your relaxation.

Whether you prefer sipping your morning coffee on the front verandah or enjoying an alfresco meal on the back verandah, these outdoor areas provide the perfect spots to embrace the coastal atmosphere.

    The backyard of this holiday rental is truly a gem, featuring an outdoor dining table where you can gather for meals under the newly built pergola. Additionally, an outdoor shower is available for your convenience, allowing you to rinse off after a day of exploring the nearby beaches. The ample-sized backyard offers plenty of space for recreational activities or simply enjoying the fresh air.

    Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
