The only thing I'd add or change is a small love seat or place to sit or stretch out. "Linda is very accommodating and is one of the best hosts I met in Alaska. We had a situation and she quickly accommodated us. The cabin is very cozy and her breakfasts are like the ones served in hotels. The driveway to the cabin is a bit rough so just drive slow. I wish we have more time to spend and chat with her. If we ever go back to Talkeena, we will for sure stay at her place again!! "

"Generally, I think the property was in very good condition… We miss that the hot tub is not working. But it’s not a dealbreaker. The front desk crew were very cordial generally had good customer service skills… Steve did a very nice job of trying to deal with a very difficult customer. The only thing we found was that the room was. Very warm… Which made it difficult for us to sleep. But probably great for those coming to Alaska and all bundled up."
