「バスルームの扉の建て付けが悪く、夜11時くらいにドアが中から鍵がかかってしまい開かなくなってしまった。フロントスタッフは既にいなかったので警備の人に言ったところ、朝、フロントのスタッフが出社するまで待ってくれと言われた。夜にトイレに行きたくなった時はヴィラの前にあるプールのトイレを使ってと言われた。夜中にトイレに行きたくなり、プールまで行くことになった。よくあることみたいだったので、警備室に鍵くらい置いといて欲しかった。」

The bartender at the pool was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We have have stayed at more expensive hotels in Manuel Anton near the park, and we liked this one best. We will definitely stay here again. 」

「We love this spot. Came here pre kid 15 ish years ago and returned with our 9 year old. There is a new building but the vibe is the same. Walkable uphill and downhill to restaurants but certainly stay and try the onsite at Sloth. The food was lovely. 」

Food was so good and had a special every night that we ate there both nights.The owner himself introduced himself and extended his appreciation.
