Self Contained Guest Suite

Brand new, spacious, self contained, private, guest suite with private entrance is perfect to accommodate a family with children., Very conveniently located, easy access to Hwy# 99 (Interstate 5) and Hwy #10, 10 minutes to US border, 10 minutes to crescent/white rock beach, Walking distance to YMCA, restaurants, banks, shopping centre etc. Portable AC within bedroom.

THE SUITE IS LOCATED ON GROUND FLOOR. NO STAIRS.

Abundant free street parking available. Vast open surroundings.

30 minutes drive to Vancouver Airport

The space
1. Large bedroom with 1 queen sized bed and 1 double bed.
2. Main living area accommodates 1 queen sized bed and 1 twin bed
3. extra-large sofas
4. Attached, shower equipped bathroom.

Full kitchen includes fridge, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Included with all the dinnerware, cookware, glassware, cutlery and utensils.

70" smart TV, full cable, high speed (300 MB) WIFI.

Private, Self (keyless) check-in. A passcode along with check in directions will be emailed 48 hours prior to check in.
