  • Nestled in a prestigious neighborhood, this home offers both elegance and comfort, perfect for hosting gatherings and creating lasting memories. This Estate offers 7 beds, 2 sofa bed and 5.5 washrooms. Also includes a dining area, pool table, and 2 kitchens and 2 family rooms so everyone can be at ease. Very spacious and also offers a big balcony at rear of house. 24 hour concierge service avaliable aswell. We look forward to hosting ur stay. Wifi included
    The home is a residence and I the host ( Owner ) and my small little family live on property in a separate suite with a separate driveway as accordance to British Columbia Short Term Rental Policies. Also in accordance to the provincial Municipality Licence.

Facilities were excellent. Host was very accomodating to any needs and questions.Better than other VRBO"s we stayed in.Wish other VRBO's were as nice.

Everything was great and as expected! There were 9 adults that stayed here, and we were all pleased. The home was clean and spacious. Beautiful flower gardens on property. The owner was always responsive. The local area is great with wonderful parks and trails to explore. Also, locally, was Brown's Social House which was a great place to eat and have some drinks. Wonderful experience!

Host has great communication and accommodated our family with ready access when we needed which was greatly appreciated.Definitely a little tattered with broken appliances and such but, great for what we needed.

Beautiful home that met the needs of our party of 8 (4 couples). One suggestion to help your next guests maintain a clean kitchen is to provide paper towels as well as dishwasher pods.

The pros were that the communication quality and timing was 5-star and the exterior of the property was impressive and large. It was fantastic to accommodate our large group. The challenges were that several things were broken with hand-written signs about not using. Many fixtures were loose and/or not working properly. There was a general feel that this house has had nothing done to it since it was built many years ago. There were holes in the wall from removed mounts as an example. We had like one towel per bathroom with no hand or face towels. The coffee pods did not match the coffee maker so were unusable. The kitchen was not well appointed with dishes and such and was the lowest of quality which didn’t match the feel of the impressive house. The pool cues were missing their tips, so hitting the balls was with their wooden ends. While the house was impressive, the quality inside was far from matching and was disappointing. Lastly, we were surprised that it seemed that people were living in the off-limits basement which was not mentioned in the listing. This house has a lot of promise if it just had some attention and freshening up and basic maintenance completed inside. Our stay was fine in that it got the job done, but it was a constant discussion about the substandard interior quality. The host was fantastic with comms though. So I wish I didn’t have to leave this honest review.
