"We had a fantastic stay here. The house & setting are just beautiful, so peaceful & the hosts are so welcoming & friendly. The bed was so comfortable! We had an evening meal here which was home cooked & delicious. We had an early start the following day for a Jeep safari we’d booked through the hosts & we were sent off with a huge packed breakfast. The safari was fabulous too, the guide was so knowledgeable about Udawele Park. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

The restaurant staff was particularly kind and hospitable - run, don't walk to the hotel."

They also organized great natiralist guides for our walking tours in and around the rainforest. Thank you very much!!!"
