The Space:

Downstairs Bedroom 1: Features a queen-size bed, offering a comfortable and private space. Downstairs Bedroom 2: Includes two twin beds, perfect for guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Both downstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combo. Upstairs Primary Suite: This luxurious suite boasts a king-size bed, a private deck with views of the Surfside Pier and restaurants, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with double vanities. Upstairs 2nd Bedroom and Upstairs 3rd Bedroom: Each of these bedrooms features two double beds and share a Jack and Jill style bath with double vanities. Upstairs Laundry Room: Conveniently equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the private pool, patio, and balconies. Enjoy stunning views from the two full-width balconies, one overlooking the pool deck and the other offering ocean views. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry facilities are also available for your use. All bedrooms and bathrooms are private.



The Neighborhood:

It doesn't get better than this in terms of Surfside Beach location. You will be able to be at the beach and yet have an urban like experience, being able to walk many places. The brand new Surfside Beach Pier opened March 2024 is a 1 minute walk away along with several outstanding dining options. For a really fun family bonding experience, rent a gas powered golf cart to take you on your short journeys. They can be delivered and picked up from the home.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a luxe gas-powered golf cart for rent during your stay (it is $65/day for the 4-seater & $75/day for the 6-seater). Enjoy the freedom of cruising up to 140 miles on a single tank (gas included). This feature can be added in your guest portal after booking. Parking is easy at public beach access points with the golf cart, or you can walk to the beach access just two blocks away. The property is a short 15-minute drive from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber is readily available, with fares typically ranging from $25-$30 to reach the property.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
