Rules & Regulations

- No Smoking in the unit (Minimum of $500 fee if not followed)

- Small dogs are CONSIDERED. There is a maximum of two(2) dogs considered and each must be under 30lb. There is a $200 charge for the first and $300 for two. Please contact us with age, weight and breed for approval. Surfside Beach city ordinance prohibits dogs on the beach between May 1st and Labor Day between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM.

- No grills/open flames allowed on porch or on property (grilling area onsite)

- Must be at least 25 years of age to rent

- No Golf Carts, Trailers, RV's, Boats, or ATV's Allowed in Parking Lot

- Parking Pass must be Displayed at all times (vehicle subject to towing without pass)

- The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.





You will arrive to find beds made, towels in place, bathroom tissue and a basket of household supplies on hand.



Surfside Beach is the perfect location for a family vacation or getaway with friends! Regardless of the reason, the Surfside area is far enough from the traffic and crowds, but still, a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a few blocks south from this property. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. Just a short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south on Business 17. Murrells Inlet is also just a short drive to the south and features the world famous Marsh Walk, with incredible dining and shopping and exciting water activities such as fishing, boating and the ever popular dolphin cruises!

We enjoyed our week immensely! The unit was in great condition, was clean, and provided amenities to enhance our stay, such as an ice-maker, large TVs, and a comfortable mattress. The furniture on the balcony was an added bonus. The only negative, and a minor one, is that the common areas of the building were not as well-kept.

This condo is adorable. The view is beautiful. Location is ideal. The only real complaint I have is. It being able to turn the thermostat below 70. At home, when I go to bed, I turn my thermostat down to 67. As we all know the humidity at the beach is high, and unfortunately the humidity in the condo was due to the locked thermostat. I called the rental company and they came out, but were unable to do anything. The 2nd bedroom smelled of mildew/mold, probably due to the humidity…

This beautiful condo is just as pictured! We’ve rented properties for over 25 years up and down NC and SC beaches and this property is awesome! The unit is in a great location, in a cute neighborhood that we enjoyed while walking our dog. The condo wasn’t lacking in anything - providing all utensils and kitchenware needed to cook, games, multiple TVs and that fantastic corner balcony to relax and take in that view. Having the two bathrooms was great for us too traveling with our three college-aged kids. Renting so many properties in the past we really appreciated the great working AC and appliances, including the ice machine (which is rare). The unit’s decor is stylish with beautiful costal touches that didn’t go unnoticed. I honestly expected it to be just “okay” since it is a pet friendly unit but it exceeded every expectation. Beautiful wood floors and clean too! We can’t wait to return.

Heaven on earth!!

Absolutely gorgeous, breathtaking views, so close to the ocean. We booked again next year. Some minor things, needs more fry pans, plastic wear for leftovers and bigger bath towels. But those were minor compared to the view and the sound of the ocean!!

Couldn't have been better!

We've been visiting Surfside Beach for at least 5 years now and had a wonderful week at Sandpebble! The condo was far more reasonably priced than others we've stayed in and was clean, quiet, and very well-stocked (kitchen, games, books, extra pillows/blankets, and beach chairs). We loved the comfy balcony furniture and the fireplace made the chilly December evenings cozy. Property management was pleasant and responded quickly to our inquiries. Area rugs may need shampooing and the couch feels like it's nearing the end of it's life, but neither of those things are game changers. We loved our stay so much that we're planning on returning in a few months to enjoy warmer weather!

Surfside is a great low key area of Myrtle Beach, away from all the crowds but close enough to get to the entertainment areas. Unit was oceanfront with a nice balcony. Well-equipped kitchen. We will book here again.

The place was amazing. However, we did leave a day early due to weather. I would highly recommend the perfect ocean front property. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The views were amazing. Very comfortable!

Great Location

Loved the views of the water and the perfect deck for late evenings by the water. Right by the lifeguard stand which eased our minds with 3 little ones. Would definitely stay here again. Cozy, cute, and clean.

A much needed reprieve

The property was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is the bed legs were much shorter at the head of the bed than the foot of the bed. This gave me a horrible headache the first morning. Fortunately, we were able to put books under the legs to level it out somewhat. Otherwise, the property was nice and right on the beach.

Everything was great except the pool and beach access was still under construction I was told the condo beach access would be finished with the construction prior to July 4th weekly stay.

enjoy life while you can

we reserved our condo in Jan 2023 on our 48th wedding anniversary. we usually take a beach trip every year but our children and grandchildren decided they wanted to celebrate with us this year. Dad has dementia but he told me to make a reservation anyway. first time on surfside we loved it. Nice unit, right on the beach, very relaxing. I hope to be back soon.

Long weekend stay

We enjoyed this unit so much and it was even prettier in person. Very clean upon arrival. Updates were being down on the ground level so we weren’t able to access the pool/hot tub which was no big deal. Perfect size for a small family. We would no doubt stay here again.

Great Views, Needs Updates, Pool Not Available

We agree with the feedback from Jesus G during there April 2023 stay. We identified the pool amenity was not available shortly after our arrival to the property management company. This pool amenity is still shown as available on the listing. The property manager forwarded our concern to the owners. But we have not heard back as of yet from the condo owners. The weather damage to the building is starting to show. On the balcony all the ceiling nails are rusting and can be easily seen. With other options available on the beach we would not rent this condo again until these exterior repairs are completed.

Nice ocean view but needs updating

Stayed a few days for short family vacation. Owner was very quick to respond and check in and check out very easy and quick. Really nice ocean views. Exterior of building needs maintenance (missing siding, pool closed and caution tape blocking use of stairs to beach). The unit itself is ok but also needs updating, especially the bathrooms (worn/dated shower and linoleum floors). Looks like walls throughout were recently painted which was nice. I wouldn’t rent here again though unless major repairs were made.
