One Ocean is a newly constructed beach house that embodies the perfect blend of modernity and coastal relaxation. This Ocean view gem exudes a serene and Zen-like atmosphere, making it an ideal vacation spot for those seeking tranquility by the sea. With its contemporary design and tranquil atmosphere, One Ocean offers a refreshing and rejuvenating escape. This modern vacation rental promises an unforgettable coastal getaway.



The home has six-full bathrooms and one half bath. We provide luxury bathroom amenities, premium towels as well as hair dryers so that you don't have to pack yours.

We have several deck areas, which include a dining table, lounge chairs, a shower, and a ground level entrance for the elevator.



24/7 Concierge-



We are available to our guest 24/7 via our concierge leading up to and throughout your stay to answer your questions, provide recommendations, arrange grocery deliveries or mid-stay cleans and more. If you are planning a corporate retreat, reach out, and we can assist you with the itinerary.



Kitchen



The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs-with a Keurig coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics, top grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, ice maker and dishwasher. The indoor dining area has a natural edge solid wood solid wood table seating for twelve with nine additional seats at the kitchen island.

Beautiful home close to beach

We had 11 adults stay for a week and the house was perfect for us. The house was beautifully designed and laid out. The elevator was a life saver when bringing in luggage and groceries. Wayne was very helpful in learning about the house and getting us in w no problems. It is a short couple of minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This beach home is outstanding. Great location just across from beach. It has an amazing great room kitchen dining room combination with very high ceiling. All furnishings and amenities top of the line! Host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

Bride and Groom + friends in Surfside for wedding

We stayed at One Ocean with a group of 10 friends for our wedding at Atalaya castle. It was a great stay - house is amazing, and Wayne is very responsive and attentive. Very beautiful modern design - different than most Surfside / Myrtle rentals. Highly recommended!
