We have stayed at the Channel Marker for 4 years, however this was our first time staying in 306. We were a little put off when we saw that we would ha e to bring our own linens and the usually provided necessities, however after June 5 that will change. This to us, well me, meant that I had a heck of alot more packing to do with sheets and blankets, towels, washcloths, etc. Also note worthy is the parking. On the website it states there are 2 parking spaces. We only saw 1 that was clearly marked for 306, it was not a covered spot. The 3rd floor wasn't too big of a deal until after we made several trips up and down bringing up stuff when we got there, but hey I look at it as exercise, because dang my legs and lungs were burning! The biggest complaint that I have about this condo, and we haven't had an issue with any of the condos we stayed at there before, is the no good absolute terrible shower pressure. The kitchen sink sprayer has more pressure that the shower head. Other than these issues, we were very happy with the clean private pool with an outdoor shower for rinsing, amazing location, oceanfront, a good balcony, comfortable beds, plenty of seating in the condo, friendly neighbors and a really great company to do business with. Our check-in process was good and we are happy to have had the opportunity to stay in 306. Thank you Garden City Realty!!!
