    Super cute waterfront two-bedroom, two bath beach home with a short golf cart ride to the beach. Sleeps six, has a large deck overlooking canal with wonderful view of fountain, a gas grill and patio furniture. Guests may enjoy a complimentary golf cart for drivers over 21, full size washer and dryer, smart TVs, Blu-ray player and Wi-Fi! One queen bed, one full bed and queen sleeper sofa.

    * Complimentary linens and towel package is NOT INCLUDED for bookings under 7 nights.

    *Small dogs are welcome with owner approval and fee per dog.

VACATION MADE EASY!!! We are more than appreciative of the property. Our stay started with smooth communication and a very easy check in. The house was clean and everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The location is great. The complimentary golf cart made it even better. With just a short drive to the pool, the ocean, sandy mart and more. Wake up to a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the canal with duck and geese is a plus. The host’ are excellent. Highly recommend!!!

Happy place

We had a wonderful stay. We spend very little time in the house due to being outside. Has a wonderful porch for family time. Our only complaint is the beds are very uncomfortable and could use some attention

Great location. Comfortable home.

Had a great time and everything we needed was on hand. Very glad the golf cart was available and our small dog was allowed. He even had his own squirrel to watch in the tree over the deck. View of water/pond from deck was lovely with turtles, lizards, and birds. Neighbors were nice. We would stay again.

Great home for a Vacation

This is the second year in a row of renting this house for our vacation. Pictures do not give the property justice.b you can't put into pictures the peace and calmness of sitting on the deck, watching the ducks/geese that swim by saying hello. The location is just perfect for the resort. We always joke about trying to purchase as this is our vacation home away from home. Jim the owner is very responsive to texts, emails and any needs. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a good time visiting Ocean Lakes.

Clean cabin with hidden fees

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was clean but small and sits on a waterway. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, beach equipment, and washer/dryer. The floor plan is a bit odd in that you have to walk through a bathroom/laundry room to get to one of the bedrooms. This created a bit of an issue for us but it wasn’t a huge deal. As others have noted, having a golf cart included was really great! The campground (resort) was outstanding with beautiful beaches, well maintained landscaping, playgrounds, and even a waterpark! We were surprised to be asked to pay $12 per night per car for parking and also $3 per night per car as an “express” fee as we made our parking reservation close to our check-in date. This was not disclosed to us prior to booking and making payment for the rental- it was part of the rules we were given after the fact. When we raised this concern with Jim, the owner, he had no empathy and just asked if we wanted to cancel our booking. One other thing to note is that shade structures aren’t allowed on the beach - only umbrellas.

We had an amazing time for spring break . The house was very clean , good location and easy parking. Sitting outside on the deck watching the ducks swim in the lake was relaxing. The host answered my questions really fast . I would definitely rent the house again .

Jim is a great host. Easy to communicate with. The rental property was so nice and clean when we arrived. Had a four seater golf cart with rental. We are planning on visiting one of his properties again. Never met Jim in person but he seems to be a great guy. He truly wants people to have a safe and enjoyable vacation.

Mu husband and I stayed 3 nights and 4 days in just the house we were hoping for. All criteria we were looking for was met 100% as advertised: low to no steps to enter and exit, 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, very clean and well kept furniture, small kitchen but plenty adequate and equipped enough to cook in even though we only snacked while there (shared all meals with kids and grandkids also staying in Ocean Lakes) and use of a Golf Cart (which we thoroughly enjoyed). Loved the deck and location. Easy parking. We are in our early 80's and the only suggestion I would have is to consider some safety bars in the bathrooms. If we can go again next year, this will be our "go to" if available.

We had a great stay. It was the end of July so the crowds were down. We enjoyed having the golf cart to get to the beach and pool. We were on a canal and enjoyed having breakfast and supper on the deck and feeding the ducks. Great place for a small family

Friends Vacation

Met friends at Ocean Lakes for vacation. Even with a couple of stormy days we had a great time. The house we stayed in was wonderful and in a great location. We will definitely return.

Perfect for our family

This was a great house for our family of 4. It was clean and there was plenty of room to relax. The use of the golf cart was an added bonus. Wish we could have stayed longer. Can't wait to visit again!
