Beautifully updated condo.

We had 5 adults and one baby in the unit. There was plenty of room. The balcony was very large with a high railing for safety. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room.

Happy Thanksgiving at the beach

The condo is clean and very well appointed, especially the kitchen, which had everything needed to prepare a great Thanksgiving dinner for the family. We loved the deck, the easy access to the beach, and the spaciousness of the unit.

Wonderful condo!

Had an amazing stay in this condo! Loved the location and the amount of room we had. The kitchen was fully equipped with all your basic needs and plenty of extras. We enjoyed the fun beachy decor throughout and would love to return next year!

As soon as we walked in, we were all smiling. It was open, bright, clean, big and accommodated all our needs. With all the small children (5 grandchildren ages 1, 2, 4, 6, and 9) it was easier to stay in to eat most meals, a wonderful supplied kitchen took care of that. The area is very family friendly and not overly crowded. This could be our favorite place to date!

Perfect On The Beach Stay

Everything was perfect for our annual family beach trip! The spacious dining/living area was great so we could all be together whether it was sitting around the TV or eating! I have never had such a well stocked kitchen like this one had. We love to cook so it was made a whole lot easier for us! Bedrooms were perfect for our group. Easy access to the beach made for a wonderful time! Hope to rent again next year!

Great Time

There was a bit of an issue when we arrived due to the hurricane the week prior to our stay but that was solved quickly and pleasantly. Our week could not have been any better. Looking forward to going back.

It’s too bad

The location of the condo was perfect. It was well equipped and, on the whole, was in fairly good condition. However, it was not clean. The stove and countertops needed to be wiped down immediately upon arrival, there was mold in one bathtub/shower and what appeared to be animal fur in the other shower. The deck floor was gross. My daughter reported she saw a few roaches. We had a great time, but cleaning a condo upon arrival after an 11 hour drive was not a great way to start a vacation.

Excellent !!

Our family of six adults, one teenager, a 3 yr old and two toddlers had plenty of room. This property is wonderful and clean. We’ll be back next year.

Family Vacation

The condo wasn’t as big as the pictures show. The people in the condo below us complained about noise when we had 14 people registered and the kids were just playing. Overall we had a good time.

Last week of April 2022

The property was as expected from the listing. The space was super. We did not have AC for the first day as the whole unit was unfixable. They property manager sent over portable ac units for the bedrooms until the unit was replaced Tuesday afternoon. Also the ice maker did not work at all the whole week. Had it been warmer, both of these items would have been a huge inconvenience otherwise it was a mild inconvenience.

The best property I have stayed in this year!

I was working in the area and brought my family with me. This third floor unit is right on the beach with amazing views. The entire unit is decorated perfectly. Not only did it look great but it was spotless! My wife and mother in law usually have to clean when we arrive because they are very picky. They could not stop talking about how clean the unit was. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved the open floor plan for the kitchen and living room. We will use this unit again for work and vacation. My family is already planning another trip and won't say anywhere else!

FALL BREAK 2020 COVID STYLE

After the pandemic hit and many other vacations had to be canceled, this one was booked and kept. The adults and kids all had a good time. The weather was pleasant, the view breathtaking and the beach calming. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed our party of 12, and being that we were still trying to social distance, we ate every meal but one in the room. This fall break covid style was exactly what we all needed.

Perfect stay
