Staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Also via the Expedia App the hotel staff messaged and the interactions were helpful.
Room was tired but comfortable and clean.
The air con did not appear to function overly well.
Big shame that they do not have a more eco-friendly approach. Using re-fillable dispensers for example. Lots of plastic waste.

Down the side of the bed was a lot of dirt & some ants. Shower door wouldnt close. But apart from those things it was good - everything we needed .

We stayed here as a family of three. The room was exactly what we needed, enough space, really well equipped, clean and comfortable. On the whole thoroughly impressed with this as a base for a stay in central London. Hope to book there again in the future.

The staff was very helpful from beginning till end. The location of the hotel is centralized, close to multiple train stations and to every main show from West End. The rooms need a little TLC. The housekeeping was amazing and always came back to our room made. Why I give them a lower rating on cleanliness ...

Could not ask for a better location. The staff were helpful, the property is beautiful, and you are right in the heart of exploring London! The only downside was having to reserve a time to use the pool, which was not made clear when booking.
