"Everything went well from checking in to checkout. The place had a cute beach theme and all the amenities we needed. The Roku and WiFi were a nice addition and the tub was loved by my seven year old. We would definitely stay here again for a quick getaway."

"Holden onto Summer was perfect for our group of 4. Actually, it was much more than "just" perfect. The first thing that surprised us was how big the bedrooms and common spaces are. We ended up using 2 out of three bedrooms and still felt very comfortable. It has a huge laundry room with a washer and dryer, space to fsort aand fold laundry, a small drying rack, and a sink. This made it so easy to keep our towels and beach clothes clean and fresh for each day/as needed. The kitchen haseverything you might need to prepare and serve meals. We didn't go out to restaurants very much, so having everything kitchen-wise was super convenient. Holden onto Summer is located near gas stations, grocery stores, and fun places to shop. The Salty Dog at the end of the street served delicious lobster rolls, and Rustic Crumb around the corner had pastry choices to make everyone in our group happy. The property is close to some good thrifting stores as well as more elegant gift shops. My group was able to relax with a movie on and complete a 1000 piece puzzle together in the living area. I think my (adult) kids even hooked up a Nintendo Switch to play a few games. Really, we just enjoyed our time tremendously there.Besides the location and the property itself, Scott and Kristin were very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. As a first time vacation-rental-renter, I found the whole experience to be surprisingly easy and just perfect!"

"Great house for our 4 families and the host was wonderful. Lots of extras for our 3 little ones and loved having our own bathrooms with each bedroom. The dining room table was beautiful and all 11 of us enjoyed breakfast and dinners there. The high chair and pack n play was a bonus, especially since we flew and were limited on space. The extra beach chairs and umbrella really came in handy and the pool (whole back yard) was awesome. Some things could have used some attention (shower curtains and the air vents in particular) but overall would love to stay here again."
