Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has a king bed and the other bedroom contains four twin beds. The first floor also includes an extra den area, which is perfect for kids and includes a large flat-screen TV, wet bar, beverage fridge, and sink. The second floor has a spacious living area, dining area, state-of-the-art kitchen, and extra-large pantry.

On the second floor is also the true primary bedroom with a king bed and a stunning extra-large bathroom including a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The kitchen is a chef's dream with elevated finishes, a gas stove, and updated appliances. Enjoy meals for eight at the dining table with another 4 at the lovely kitchen bar. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property. Occupancy is limited to 17.
