The fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids, with one set of built-in bunks (twin and double), a built-in top twin bed, and a private bathroom with three sinks and a bathtub. A media room offers the perfect retreat to play games, relax, or enjoy a movie night!
There is also a wet bar, built-in nugget ice maker, and beverage fridge for convenience. The views from the upstairs common area are phenomenal and flooded with natural light. The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious seafood dinners! From the large Thermador gas range (6 burners) to the elevated finishes and other high-end appliances, you will not be disappointed with the details! There is even another built-in nugget ice maker in the kitchen. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
