Awesome Dock

Great place for staying with family and our two little dogs. The dock is awesome and we enjoyed sitting out there. Also the back porch is nice in the evening. After reading reviews about the showers we were a little bit worried but they were fine.

perfect spot for Ocean, Pier, Ice Cream, Shopping, and the canal

1. this house has plenty of outdoor area to entertain adults and children. This house features plenty of garage space (With fridge/freezer for rainy days or eating in the shade. Open up the garage doors for a nice summer breeze to cool off. 2. the house has a backyard which many houses on canals but right up against the canal. We enjoyed playing multiple games in the backyard. 3. dock/floating dock - fishing, crabbing and we brought kayaks so we spent a great deal of time in this area of the property. 4. LOCATION - the house is located next to the fishing pier, beach access, beach shopping (clothes, food, fishing gear, etc.), and Ice Cream. If you hire a family photographer the fishing pier is a popular place so it was nice to be close by. 5. house is exactly what they advertise and its great for the size family the recommend. 6. everyone (adults and kids) loved the house.

Great location

Very nice home with some minor issues. Kitchen sink constantly leaks. No garbage disposal in sink so we were constantly cleaning yucky food particles by hand so sink would not clog.. Mattress in master BR so soft it is uncomfortable. Second shower water pressure so low it was unusable. Would definitely stay again if these issues are addressed.

Our 2 week get-a-way

really like the house and the neighborhood... the owners need to change their shower heads, the shower head in the main bathroom was VERY bad. The tubs would not hold water, the stopper needs changed out too. During our stay, we had to be careful because the main bathroom comode kept running, and a few days before we left the on in the master bedroom did to.. If someone wasn't careful, it will run up the water bill. also the night before we left the air conditioner went out. I called and left a message in the office, All in all, it was a good house for our needs for 2 weeks. Loved the walk to the beach, and Ice Cream place across the street .

Home for the week

This is a great place to stay. Beach and well stocked convenience store nearby. The boat dock is in excellent condition. Only one negative, the showerheads need to be replaced. The dollar showerheads just don't work with the water pressure. Please replace with some five dollar new ones. Thanks

Great house and location, just what we needed!

Do Little Doc was nicely furnished & clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was equipped with new utensils, pans, and everything needed. There was plenty of room and the garages and multiple decks were great to have coffee on in the morning then end the day after being on the beach. Also perfect spots to hang out when raining. The stationary dock and floating dock were great and used every day to fish & cast nets. We will rent again!
