    This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath, oceanfront home is perfect for a beach getaway! It has nice living and dining spaces, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a microwave, and other small appliances to meet your day-to-day needs. There is a cable TV, a DVD player, high-speed WiFi, a phone, a stereo, and a radio. Additionally, there are ceiling fans and central AC to keep everyone comfortable! Fabulous beach getaway

We loved the high ceilings, the super comfy beds and luxurious towels. We had everything we needed to kick back and relax. We especially appreciated the beautiful view from the deck.

Great family vacation!

Dowitcher was the perfect home for our multigenerational group! Everything was clean and prepared for us when we arrived and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for the week. Easy beach access was very important for us and the oldest and youngest amount us had no issues navigating the sand to ready the beach. We would love to stay here again!

Great Thanksgiving break

While property was “old” everything was clean and the location, on the beach, was fantastic. Despite being cool we managed to spend a lot of time on the beach, collecting sea biscuits and fishing. All of our party really enjoyed our week

Great location on the beach, comfortable beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen. The main problem was several large roaches that came out even while people were up in the evening with the lights on. Maybe 50 or so additional baby and young roaches - we killed many of them, but they were replaced each night with more.

We had a great time at this house. Everything we needed was there. We had a hard time getting in because the code we were given had a couple of numbers reversed, but we figured that out.
