Mai Tai Good Time- Kayaks, bikes, fire pit, fenced yard and more!

Come have a "Mai Tai Good Time" with the whole family at this cozy beach cottage just a 5min drive from Holden Beach! The large fenced backyard is very private, has outdoor seating, and is perfect for kids and pets! Plenty of beds to bring friends or for multiple families, HUGE outdoor shower, and a fire pit. We keep the wood stocked for you!

We have bikes, beach chairs, and kayaks to use during your stay. The home has enough space to park your boat if you want to go joy riding or fishing!! The house is cozy and has a great open concept so that everyone can enjoy. There is a main bathroom with a shower and a half bath in the master. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and then second bedroom has Queen. The bunkroom has Full over Full beds with an additional trundle bed!!

The house has a full kitchen, great laundry setup for after beach days, and plenty of places to lay around. In the fenced backyard you can enjoy the fire pit and you will find bikes, kayaks, and chairs in the shed. The front porch is also amazing and has more bottle openers than you need, but makes it a great place to have a beer and relax!

Everything was perfect!! The host was great! Everything we needed was provided as advertised. We even had access to all the movie channels/streaming which was great for evening tv options. Beautiful Vacation Home

This vacation home was clean and well-equipped. It was in a quiet neighborhood, and only 5 minutes to the beach. I was able to relax in this nice little get-away. My dog enjoyed the backyard that was enclosed with a pricacy fence. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Stay!

This property is clean, well maintained and has everything you need. A toaster oven in a rental house was a great treat for us! Beds were comfy. We stayed in wintertime so cannot comment on outdoor equipment but the neighborhood is nice and quiet and the beach is not too far a drive. Our son loved the huge TV. The owner was very responsive. Overall this was a great trip and we are grateful for such a nice place to stay.

Hidden Gem in Holden!

We just returned home from our short stay at this WONDERFUL property! The backyard was completely fenced for our dogs, the fire pit was great with plenty of wood to burn. The location was perfect, everything was within a 5 minute drive. Accommodations were comfortable and beach honey. The outdoor shower was amazing! We will certainly return for a longer stay next time! 10 out of 10 stars!!!

Perfect little beach house

The host is easy to contact. The check in and out process was very easy! We took my dog and he had plenty of room outside in the fenced in backyard. The beds are comfortable and there’s a recliner in the living room that is so comfy your body just stinks into it! It is close to the beach, shopping and dining places. I plan to return again soon. I highly recommend this house with all the extras that come with it!

Amazing home and close to the beach!

What a amazing house you have! My husband and I stayed here with our dogs. The house was so clean and updated and it had everything you could need to grill or cook dinner at home. They also had beach chairs and bicycles to ride. We also loved how close to Holden Beach this was. There was a restaurant at the top of the road we could walk to for dinner. Max was super responsive with any questions we had. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great house for puppies

The house is located in a neighborhood on the inland side of the ICW. The back yard has enough space for the dogs to run around. The glass door leading out to the back yard could be raised so the dogs could us it as a doggie door, which was great because ours are used to coming and going as they please using their doggie door at home. Clean and well stocked.

Easter break.

Visited the area for Easter Break. "Mai Tai Good Times" had all the essentials we needed for the week and the beds were comfortable. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs to relax and enjoy being outside with us. The home is located an easy 5 minute drive to Holden Beach, which was not overcrowded as many beaches are during spring break. The beach was enjoyable to walk, collect shells and soak up the sun plus Holden Beach is pet friendly! Communication with Max was easy and he was very quick to respond to any questions we had. When we visit the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what I needed during my move to the area

Stayed for a few days while moving to the area. House as described. Suggest having some throw rugs to keep sand from tracking throughout the house and keep towels in the bathroom...when you forget to take one in with you and dripping wet walking out into the living room to grab them from the cabinet. Very large fenced in yard for my dogs which was perfect for them. Minor issue when I got there but the host made it right. The ham/egg/cheese biscuit from the gas station up the street are a MUST.
