この新しく改装されたクラシックなビーチハウスには、4つのベッドルームと2つのバスルームがあり、オープンコンセプトのキッチンとリビングルームがあります。 ブランドの新しいマットレス/ボックススプリングを追加し、各ベッドルームには壁に取り付けられた独自のフラットスクリーンスマートテレビ、天井ファン、ドレッサー/ナイトスタンドがあります。 リビングルームには大きなフラットスクリーンスマートテレビがあり、オンデマンド（Wi-Fi）で映画を楽しんだり、本を読んだり、家族でゲームを楽しんだりできます。

Meet in the middle

Nice affordable home directly across from the beach access. Holden beach was perfect for our family that lives in Florida and Maryland to meet for vacation.

Truly a happy place! Great location directly across from beach access! Lots of extras such as beach chairs and toys for use. Kitchen well stocked. Feels like a home away from home.

Cozy, fun beach getaway.

Wonderful property. So close to the beach. Lots of little extras that make the trip great. Well cared for and kept up inside. Bright and colorful outside and fun. The beds were a little hard, fine for my kids, not so good for my mother-in-law who has a bad back.

Adorable place!

We had a great time at Sandy Bottoms! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved the well stocked kitchen and all the personal touched that this property provided! The fridge in the garage was a nice bonus. I didn’t think we would use it as much as we did. The beds weren’t super comfortable but we lived. Ha ha. The proximity to the beach was great too! The road in front of the house was more noisy than we had anticipated but again- didn’t impact the fun we had. The agent was right- when we went to pick up the key she said “Oh we love Sandy Bottoms! Its a true beach house!” Couldn’t agree more!

Great little house but deceptive photos

The house was nice and clean and we had a little bit of a view of the ocean between the houses across the street. Very short walk to the beach and a beautiful beach! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything one could want. My only complaint was that it said it included linens but there were no towels. I’ve never rented a house that had linens but no towels and it didn’t say NO TOWELS! If they had just said that we could’ve very easily brought our own, instead we had to go to Walmart and buy towels. Luckily we had brought four beach towels. The house was very nice but we were shocked when we walked in and saw that it was only one floor and one living room. The photos make it look like there are two different living rooms. There may even be some different furnishings in some of the photos, I can’t remember but the photos were deceptive. Also even just a couple of dish towels in the kitchen would have been really nice. I did appreciate how generous they were with toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex boxes everywhere. Most places have one of each thing. Other than that everything was great we did have a wonderful time. It would be awesome to put something on that screen door to keep it from slamming so loudly it was a constant irritant.

Pearls Vacation

This was a girls week and we could not have had a better time. This house was perfect for us. The four bedrooms had a jack and jill between the two on the left and two on the right with the kitchen and living room in the middle. The house is older but very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with everything we needed to fix our meals as we did not eat out but one time. The greatest convience was that public accsess to the beach was just outside the front door! Would stay here again. The Pearls

Family vacation

This was my first time using Vrbo and it was a great experience. The app was very user friendly. I found the perfect house for my family's beach vacation. We had concerns that our vacation would have to be canceled due to a hurricane but I was able to communicate with the realtor right through the Vrbo app and it was convenient and very easy. We were able to go on our family vacation and we had a great time and created a ton of memories. Looking forward to many more trips!! 🥰🙂

Great property to stay for your beach trip.

Had a great time at this property. It was nice to be so close to the beach and to have public access right across the road. It is in a very convenient location and would definitely recommend staying here. We will definitely rent this house again in the future.
