Luxury 6-BR Waterfront Villa with Infinity Pool and direct access to a pebble beach

Villa Mares is our best and most luxurious, award-winning villa in the peaceful village of Mirca, close to Supetar, the central town of Brač Island, Croatia. The villa is situated just a few meters from the beach and offers spacious outdoor areas with fabulous views of the sea and the mainland. With 320 m² of interior space, the villa is decorated with design furniture. It can accommodate up to 13 guests and consists of a 4-bedroom main house and a 2-bedroom annex.
On the ground floor of the main house, there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with its own small terrace, an extra toilet with a laundry room, a spacious living room with a TV set and fireplace, a dining area, and a centrally positioned main kitchen with a long bar. The master bedroom on the first floor of the main house is the largest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a large bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. The master bedroom has a direct exit to a huge first-floor terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets.
The guest annex and the main house are located next to each other and are connected by porches and terraces. The annex includes 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional gourmet kitchen.
The sea-side outdoor area features a large veranda on stone pillars, providing shade over a dining table for 14, a wooden pool deck area with several sunbeds, and a 24m² heated infinity swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by gardens and lawns and has direct access to a pebble beach. The path leading to the beach passes between a small vineyard and a garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables, and a variety of Mediterranean herbs.

Located in Mirca near the beautiful city of Supetar, you will be surrounded by a multitude of exciting activities and places to visit. The beach is just a few meters from villa, but there are many beaches fro you to explore in the Supetar area.
For history and culture enthusiasts, the Museum of Olive Oil provides a fascinating look into Croatia’s tradition of olive oil production, along with a shop featuring local oils and other regional products. The Church of Saint Peter, an iconic cultural landmark, blends architectural styles and offers a panoramic view of Supetar and the sea, reflecting the town's heritage.
Tri Mosta, a charming area with three bridges and a picturesque waterwheel, is perfect for a leisurely exploration. The Cemetery of Supetar, recognized as a work of art, features ancient tombs and beautiful sculptures, creating a serene and unique place to visit.
Take a stroll through Supetar’s old town, with its narrow alleys, charming houses, and small bakeries and shops that exude local charm. The Supetar Market offers a glimpse of daily life with fresh produce, local delicacies, and handmade goods.
Being a coastal city, Supetar offers a variety of seafood dining options. Visit one of the numerous restaurants and indulge in freshly prepared local dishes. Don't forget to taste some local wine!
Make time to explore the island of Brač, home to the famous Zlatni Rat Beach in Bol, often called one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. For breathtaking views, visit Vidova Gora, the highest peak on the island and in the Adriatic, offering a spectacular panorama of Brač and beyond. Additionally, consider island hopping to nearby gems like Hvar, Šolta, or Vis, for a true taste of the Dalmatian archipelago.
For those seeking to venture further, a ferry service connects Supetar to Split, making it an ideal destination for a day trip.

Wedding

The villa has an amazing location and is immaculate. Sanja was so helpful and an incredible host. We all had the best time in the villa and the facilities are perfect and you could not wish for a better place to stay. We had a wedding blessing at the villa and the sunset was truly beautiful.
