The staff could not have been more helpful. Every need catered for. The food was excellent too. Good location as well. I knew my bike was safe overnight. The hotel was a little expensive I thought. For example 50 cedes for a small bottle of beer when I drank a large in Kumasi market for 20 cedes and this was mirrored with the food but overall an excellent stay.

Wij verbleven afgelopen weekend in Eusbett Hotel en we hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen, wat meteen zorgt voor een warm welkom. Het verblijf en het eten waren voor Ghanese standaarden echt prima. De kamers waren netjes en comfortabel en de maaltijden smaakvol en verzorgd. Kortom: een prima plek voor een ontspannen verblijf met uitstekende service en een gastvrije sfeer.

This trip, my husband and I have 3 or more issues. No water twice, then slow running water and the bathroom floor was flooded more than twice. Yes, I did contact housekeeping and the thing that really upset me was, when housekeeping had the nerve to ask me, "Do you want me to bring you a bucket of water!" Like what is that especially, when I paid almost $2000 for this stay. I was really upset at this time. When I come to t this hotel, I always stay for 2 or more weeks. Not sure the next time.

An enirely excellent experience

The entire stay and experience was excellent. The ambience, food, spacious room, attentive personnel, housekeeping personnel, proximity to airport and courtesy vehicle to and from airport - all created an excellent experience. My only hiccup was the cashier in the main dining room on Friday evening meal.

I enjoyed my stay had an excellent time. The staff were warm and friendly and the room was always clean and well kept. I would have liked the opportunity to visit some places of interest but there were no tours available.

My aircondition was working. My room's walls were very dirty but I was in the cheaper room. When the walls are dirty it makes you wonder if the bedding is clean too, however it smelled okay and looked okay. I think next time I will not go to the Junior room and see how the bigger rooms are.

Front desk and dining are exceptionally good. But room was lacking. Poor lighting and its size very small. But diningroom service and food exceptional.

Clean with friendly, hard working staff. The food was also very tasty. We really like the new hotel extension because even though the rooms are small they are modern. The only problem was how badly constructed our first room was. Staff finally had to move us to a new room. They were kind and courteous
