「Have spoken with management about the issues of transport, communication and the villa not being ready upon our arrival. Management said they will fix these issue and work strongly on improving these services. 」

「The house felt neglected. Outdated electronics. No gauzed door to stop mosquito or bugs. Network is so bad. The wifi didn’t work for one night. The washing machine had so much dirt built up in filter that I had to clean before washing my clothes. The freezer wasn’t freezing - disappointed for paying so much and the place didn’t meet expectations. The owner did try to compensate for network issues with a 50% refund on additional bed that was requested but with the amount we paid per night that...

「The apartment was dirty. The check-in was difficult as the contact did not answer the phone until the third try. Communication with him was sporadic and unhelpful. The villa was not what we expected. The outdoor furniture is not what is shown in the pictures. We would not recommend this accommodation and will not stay there again.」
