Main Residence

This apartment offers 3 spacious bedrooms, each with built-in or walk-in robes. The master bedroom features ocean views and an oversized ensuite, complete with a large bathtub to wind down after a long day of sun, surf and sand. The open-plan living and dining areas flow into the kitchen, equipped with a butler’s pantry for added convenience. The second bathroom services the additional two well-appointed bedrooms.

Outdoor & Entertaining Spaces

Outside, the property features a heated pool and built-in spa, inviting you to relax or enjoy fun in the sun. Relax on the alfresco terrace, where you’ll be greeted by ocean and hinterland views that will make every moment special. The unobstructed views of Cooroy Mountain and Noosa Hinterland add a breathtaking backdrop to this beachside home. There is a large outdoor table and loungechairs for all the family to enjoy.

The Location

Positioned in a whisper-quiet pocket only 350m to the beach, this home is protected from the hustle and bustle of Noosa, while still having it all on your doorstep. Enjoy chill mornings at the local cafe, Chalet & Co, just next to the beach entrance and drink your coffee watching the locals hit the break.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment on the upper level of the property, as well as the front of the downstairs section. This includes a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and private balcony.

The property is a large residence, set across two levels, with completely independent and private living arrangements.

On the lower level, there is a separate and private 2-bedroom unit which may be rented to guests and occupied during your stay.

Both residences utilise the pool and laundry as shared spaces. Please be considerate and respectful of others when using these common areas.

Please be advised when booking that there may be other guests on the property. Each apartment is completely private, however there may be occasions when you cross paths in common areas and have general noise from activity.

Other Things to Note:
The pool is only heated during winter.
