Only a short 15-minute walk to the pristine, patrolled Coolum Beach
Perfect for singles, a couple and a couple and a small child looking for some downtime and to enjoy the beautiful Coolum Beach area.
The property is fringed with gorgeous trees and is home to native birds. Wake up to the sound of birds chirping, make yourself a cup of coffee and then have a leisurely breakfast on the patio before heading for some vitamin sea.
The space – for those wanting more detail :)
Whilst The Retreat is connected to the main house, it is self-contained and insulated. You will have complete privacy as it is inaccessible internally from the main house.
It is also fully-furnished with your comfort in mind, with key highlights including:-
> King bed in the bedroom
- The main bedroom has a memory foam king Ergoflex mattress. There are also USB, USB - C and powerpoints throughout the room. The kitchenette features a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee making facilities.
> Large 42" Smart TV in the room. Netflix is provided for endless entertainment.
> Exclusive Outdoor Spa in a private location with outdoor shower. The spa has water jets and lighting which can be turned on and off. The temperature is regulated by guests to their desired temperature which can be cool during summer and nice and warm during winter (up to 40 degrees Celsius!). Yours to enjoy in privacy.
> Fire pit with firewood and fire-starting equipment provided.
> Fully equipped outdoor kitchen and internal kitchenette including Nespresso coffee machine with starter pods provided. Additional appliances include electric stovetop, toaster, kettle, microwave, and fridge/freezer. We also provide tea, salt pepper, oil, sugar, and small starter milk.
> Family-friendly set up, with provisions provided for little ones. We provide a high chair, travel portacot and a dining set for kids.
> Sunbed, sun lounge and hanging chair available in the private yard for your enjoyment.
> Reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedroom.
> External dimmable fan lights and wall heaters
> Dedicated NBN Wifi
> Modern open planned living flowing onto the timber deck for plenty of space to relax and unwind.
> Ample adjustable lighting as well as solar lanterns and festoon lighting around the deck so you can continue to enjoy at night.
> New gas Beefeater BBQ (which can also roast for you) and outdoor table to share a meal.
> A late check out until 11am on the day of check out so you can really relax and sleep in.
